Q: The installer asks for a "License Key". Where can I find this information?

DISCUSSION

A: For both downloadable and physical orders, our e-commerce partners send the license key by email in the order confirmation (it may be referred to as "Serial Number" or "Code"). If you did not see an email after the order, you may want to look for it in the junk mail folder.

For disc-based media (CDs and DVDs), the license key may be printed on the first disc, or on a sheet or label that is included with the order or in the box.

If you lost the license key, it can be recovered as outlined here.

Please note that the license key is not the number under the GS1 (EAN/UPC) product bar code.
